Safeguarding Reflective Supervision
In any busy workplace, there is seldom time to reflect on practice and to look at how things might have been done differently, or to be clear that nothing else could have been done. It is important to take this time and also to reflect on how safeguarding work has affected you personally. This is particularly relevant if you are the safeguarding lead in an organisation where decisions rest with you.
Jane has developed a Safeguarding Reflective Supervision model for professionals working in this field who would like to build reflective practice into their work. Jane has a qualification in counselling and draws on this to assist in such reflection.
Jane is able to provide Safeguarding Reflective Supervision individually or in a small group and is happy to discuss requirements to suit your needs.
